Visit 1755 Lounge

Formerly La Playa Lounge, Bar 1755 is setting up to be one of the hottest night spots on Ambergris Caye. Right on the beach on Black Coral Street of San Pedro Town, Belize is the perfect place for gay and lesbian couples to lounge, take in the sights and enjoy cold drinks served by some of the island’s top bartenders. Their menu is being formatted and will soon include American (Traditional), Caribbean, French, Italian, Greek and Mediterranean.

The bar is owned by PJ Leslie, owner of Latitudes Cafe which has blossomed under his new management. The wraps and shakes have become top sellers within the community and are highly recommended. Latitudes is conveniently located on the same street as 1755 Lounge.

SIN night (Service Industry Night) will be taking place at 1755. Absolutely ANYONE who works in the service industry can buy 3 drinks and get the 4th one for free. That goes for any drink from top shelf to a Belikin or Lighthouse Draft. Just bring in something so 1755 knows you are a bartender, hotel personnel, waiter, restaurant manager, concierge, etc, (swipe card, uniform). Also, anyone who is a vendor of the establishment, such as Premium Wines, Bowen Companies, Super Buy and many more are all invited as well!
