The onsite management is available to assist you with booking diving, snorkelling, mainland tours, and any other adventure you want to have. They offer free use of kayaks, and the crystal clear pool is one of the best I have come across on the Island. On request, grocery stocking service,  private chef, golf cart and spa services at your villa will be arranged at an additional cost.
Seascape is perfectly designed so each villa offers breathtaking views of the sunrise over the reef and the sunset over the lagoon, all the while allowing the gentle sea breeze to flow through each unit. The sweeping 365-degree views from the villas will mesmerize you. Designed by an award-winning architect using individually selected materials, each luxury beach villa boasts approximately 3200 SQ Ft of interior space, sunken living rooms with multiple sets of French doors opening to 700 SQ Ft of shaded verandah.

The easiest way to get to Seascape is by the local water taxi, Costal Express. They have boats going north from town usually every hour, depending on time of day, and the same for heading back into town. A golf cart is an option, but the roads get a bit more adventurous as you head north, but for sure a fun experience none the less. I find that once I am up north, I usually just want to stay put. It is so calm and tranquil that the days just gently flow into one another, and it’s just the most idyllic place to relax, and of course work on your tan. With the ease of the water taxi service, you can pretty much hit town as often as you wish, the last boat heads north from Fido’s pier at 2:00 AM, so if nightlife is your thing, no worries, you can dance the night away, and awake at the peaceful and perfectly appointed Seascape ready to plan your next Belize adventure.
