The Palms Oceanfront Suites

A hidden jewel in the heart of San Pedro town, on the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. Friendly, intimate and tranquil yet close to all amenities and local restaurants. Set amid lush tropical gardens with pool and fountain, The Palms consists of 12 Oceanfront suites and 1 poolside casita. Each unit is uniquely decorated with modern kitchens, spacious living areas. The Palms offers twelve Oceanfront Suites and a Poolside Casita. Eight of the Suites are Two Bedroom and five of the suites are One-Bedroom. All are designed for your comfort & individual needs. Each Oceanfront Suite is uniquely and individually furnished by their owner and each suite is very different. All have spacious living area and private verandas overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

All suites have AC & ceiling fans in all the rooms, Cable Television, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster. Bathrooms have showers and hairdryers.

The Palms is set in lush gardens with a lovely secluded, freshwater pool available only to guests of The Palms. All suites are non smoking. Smoking is permitted on the verandas only. All of our suites have pullout sofa beds except the casita and children under 12 are free (2 max).

There is a communal barbecue for your pleasure which is available with utensils on a first come first serve basis. There are telephones in all the suites. We provide you with the first day of coffee and a gallon of fresh cool drinking water free. Daily housekeeping is provided and laundry service is available upon request.

We are conveniently located close to town with all its shop, restaurants and amenities. A few minutes walk from the airport let us know when you are getting there and we will send Juan our guest services representative to meet you or if for some reason we miss you just grab a taxi and the office will pay for it on arrival.
